ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant works as a staff member of the Behavioral Health Counseling Clinic and provides assistance to the designated Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Program Manager, and other clinic employees. Primarily responsible for any administrative assistance required by management and/or clinic staff and ensures all administrative office procedures are in compliance with ROP established professional standards. The Administrative Assistant reports to the designated supervisor(s).
Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health office environment.
- Experience and success in office management.
- Bilingual preferred.
- If required to operate a company vehicle during employment, must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver.
- Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
- Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
