Details

This is a temporary role starting on August 17, 2026 through October 15, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Sorts and delivers incoming and outgoing mail, including accounts receivable bank drops.
  • File, fax, scan, print and assemble documents.
  • Assist with entering office expenses (fed ex, messenger services, invoices).
  • New hire set‑up – assign office or cubicle, retrieve name plates, handle IT tickets, take new hire photo, issue badges and keys, provide new hire supplies, and organize/clean out offices and cubicles of exiting team members.
  • Ensure training rooms and conference rooms and overall office space is clean and organized.
  • Assist in the set up or breaking down of tables, furniture, etc.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and prepare conference rooms.
  • Provide reception coverage.
  • Order and restock office supplies, stationery and breakroom supplies (coffee, soda, snacks).
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1 to 3 years relevant experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with office machines, including facsimile, high‑speed copier, multi‑line phone and 10‑key calculator preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and client‑focused skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Detail‑oriented, ability to follow directions/procedures, and prioritize calls and visitors.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions and procedures.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
