Full-Time Contract Opportunity 40h work week

Pay Rate: $18.30 hr

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with candidates
  • Conduct virtual pre-appointment sessions and provide hiring support
  • Assist candidates with application and onboarding-related questions
  • Resolve issues preventing candidates from moving forward in the hiring process
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, chat, and SMS
  • Manage escalations and referrals with urgency and attention to detail
  • Support administrative tasks and documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must be flexible with shifts, including possible evenings and weekends
