Employment Type: Temporary – Part‑time

Hourly Rate: $15.15 per hour

Benefits: Not eligible for benefits

Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, up to 19.5 hours per week

Job Summary

Provides front‑line customer service and administrative support for academic and career training programs. Engages in student services including intake, registration, assessment scheduling, and handles inquiries regarding career training, testing, advising, counseling, or related programs. Provides clerical support using Excel, Word, and other software to enter student data into program databases, creates digital files, supports data collection for projects, and collaborates with managers and instructors to troubleshoot issues.

Functions
  • Student Support Services (50%): Conducts student intake, registration, and admissions processes; verifies program eligibility; coordinates registration and testing appointments; handles calls and front‑desk inquiries; monitors CRM database and service email accounts; maintains knowledge base of current services; supports laptop checkout; interfaces with instructors and staff; collaborates with Financial Aid, Testing, and other departments to resolve student issues.
  • Data and Record‑Keeping (40%): Performs accurate data entry of demographics, attendance, assessment information; creates and updates student digital files; links documents; conducts audits; assists with student separation under location manager direction; supports projects and surveys.
  • Other Duties (10%): Provides administrative support to managers and staff; collects fees and balances payment logs; assists with classroom/facility set‑up; participates in professional training.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of prior work experience.
  • Strong computer skills and experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
Special Working Conditions
  • May require travel to multiple locations.
  • May require varying hours and shifts.
