Location:

North Tempe (ASU area).

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM MST (some flexibility required).

Hours:

20 hours per week.

Reports to:

Chief Growth Officer.

About the Role

This role serves as the operational backbone of a busy household. The Person al Assistant ensures schedules run smoothly, responsibilities are coordinated, and day‑to‑day logistics are handled with precision and care. The position blends household management, administrative coordination, and family support. It requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to anticipate needs before they become urgent. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role.

Success means the household operates smoothly, schedules stay on track, and both family and work responsibilities are supported without friction.

What You’ll Own
  • Household & Family Coordination
    • Drive children to and from school, practices, and activities
    • Prepare simple meals and maintain kitchen order
    • Support general tidying and organization of shared spaces
    • Coordinate household calendars and appointments
    • Manage scheduling adjustments and communication as needed
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    • Organize schedules, projects, and task lists
    • Assist with small work‑related coordination tasks
    • Book travel (flights, hotels, logistics)
    • Track key dates and ensure follow‑through
    • Support general administrative needs as they arise
  • Errands & Task Execution
    • Complete grocery runs and household shopping
    • Handle miscellaneous errands and small projects
    • Coordinate vendors or service appointments when needed
    • Proactively identify and resolve small friction points
Qualifications
  • Dependable and punctual with consistent availability during scheduled hours
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a household with teenagers
Preferred Experience
  • Nannying, coaching, or working with teens
  • Household management experience
  • Personal assistant or executive support experience
  • Travel planning and coordination
