Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative support tasks in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
  • Create and maintain appropriate logs, databases, inventories, and filing systems (hard or soft copy).
  • Track status reports and manage communications, including taking and delivering messages, providing information to callers, and distributing mail, packages, and paperwork.
  • Follow established processes to complete tasks and notify supervisor of issues for resolution.
  • Communicate with team contacts to obtain or provide information, ensuring understanding and agreement on routine tasks.
  • Assist in achieving operational targets within the job area, with a focus on routine, small‑scale task activity.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
  • Ability to work under close supervision and with detailed instructions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour (based on education, experience, location, and job duties).
