Tempe, AZ (Onsite). $20.00/hour. Contract | 3–4 Months with Possible Extension
We are hiring multiple Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support a high-volume real estate operations team in Tempe, AZ. This is a fully in-office position supporting transaction coordination, documentation review, and operational processes tied to residential real estate transactions.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
ScheduleMonday – Friday – Fully onsite in Tempe, AZ
Key Responsibilities- Initiate earnest money and option fee wire transfers accurately and on time
- Review and verify insurance claims and supporting documentation
- Obtain, review, and upload HOA documents and related transaction records
- Research HOA violations, litigations, and discrepancies
- Collect and organize insurance declaration documents
- Initiate and track transaction‑related work orders
- Coordinate guard gate access requirements for properties
- Validate final transaction documentation prior to closing
- Communicate with HOAs, title companies, and escrow partners via phone and email
- Track transaction activity using Zendesk and internal systems
- Partner with internal teams to resolve transaction issues efficiently
- Maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of active transactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a structured, process‑driven environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology platforms
- Reliable and able to manage deadlines effectively
- Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ Monday–Friday
- Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate operations
- Familiarity with HOA processes and documentation
- Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Exposure to AI tools or workflow automation platforms
- Process-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable handling repetitive, detail-heavy work
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Adaptable in a fast-paced operational environment
