Job Summary

Responsible for the supervision and execution of administrative support to Division Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assists with financial data, division reports and board reports.
  • Assists with maintenance of overhead budget and approval of various G&A expenses.
  • Assists with program management administration.
  • Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts.
  • Provides business development and marketing support.
  • Provides secretarial service to Executive Staff.
  • Supervises reception staff operation, mailroom activities, office supplies and equipment and general building maintenance.
  • Assists in coordinating events, meetings, and travel and meeting coordination.
  • Minimum

    Job Requirements
  • 5+ years in office management role
  • Associate's degree or 4+ years related experience
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Travel up to 25% in and outside of Arizona.
  • Physical Requirements
  • May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis.
  • Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
  • Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis.
  • Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day.
  • Will lift, push or pull objects pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day.
  • Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors.
  • Safety Level

    Non‑Safety Sensitive.
