Sales Administrative Assistant

If administrative support is your expertise, then we have a great position for you! LHH Recruitment is hiring for our client in Tempe, AZ for this contract to hire Sales Administrative Assistant job opening.

In this role you will be supporting the department administratively by performing data entry, creating spreadsheets in Excel, and generating reports for management and other departments. This position will also have you being a point of contact for customers if they have a question or special case that needs attention.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with internal and customer sales documentation to ensure alignment with company policy and procedures.
  • Maintain and update company files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.
  • Arrange meetings and conferences, schedule appointments, and perform other duties in regards to maintaining one or more individual's schedules.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales department and process expense reports.
Qualifications
  • Ideally 2 years of stable Administrative Assistant job experience supporting a sales team.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills.
  • Maintain consistent reliability and detail orientation.
  • Team player attitude, but able to work independently as well.
Pay Details

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
