JOB PURPOSE:

This position will require a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to coordinate the administrative activities for our field operations while assisting with the daily activities of the various functions of the Production and Purchasing Departments.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Works independently and within the office team.
  • Prepares financial, statistical, narrative and / or other reports as requested by management team.
  • Reconciles department invoices for approval and processing.
  • Provides administrative support to Production and Purchasing Departments.
  • Supports Division's various tasks related to starts, production and purchasing.
  • Gathering, organizing and reporting Department’s production and purchasing metrics.
  • Managing lien waivers and insurance compliance.
  • Capturing, entering and reporting Department’s Customer Service information.
  • Managing environmental and safety compliance and reporting.
  • Overseeing all utility billings, set-ups and transfers.
  • Entering and providing management with accurate projections and reports.
  • Maintaining accurate Build Pro entries as directed by management team.
  • Onboarding of new production and purchasing personnel.
  • Order and manage field supplies and equipment.
  • Other duties as apparent or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency is using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • At least 2 years of homebuilding industry experience including experience using Build Pro.
  • Newstar experience preferred.
