Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support, manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with HR and office operations.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of Administrative Assistant or Program Coordination experience
  • Associate's degree in Business, English, Human Services, or related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with HR support, scheduling, reporting, and maintaining confidentiality
  • Supervisory experience is a plus

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5–10 years of administrative experience
