Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Tempe, AZ (Onsite) 3 Months (Temp to Hire) Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4pm

Provides on-site operations support including copying, high-volume document imaging, mail management, shipping and receiving, and clerical services.

Operates document imaging equipment, related software, mail management systems, and standard office equipment.

Supports daily customer service, document handling, filing, inventory, reporting, and mail distribution activities.

Parking is provided.

Physical requirements include extensive seating and lifting/moving items weighing up to 30–35 lbs.

• Operate scanning systems, high-volume document imaging equipment, and document image handling software.
• Operate Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, email, copiers, calculators, fax machines, postage meters, and PC equipment.
• Open, save, and transfer PC files according to established protocols.
• Access document management systems through established protocols.
• Perform copying, scanning, date stamping, emailing, and document processing.
• Clear copier paper jams and refill copier trays.
• Stock paper next to copier/customer site equipment.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventories of required supplies.
• Generate reports related to imaging and mail activities.
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and apply required postage.
• Distribute mail to company personnel and designated drop-off points as required.
• Ship and receive products and supplies.
• Respond to and coordinate all service requests required by the customer.
• Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving old documents.
• Perform quality control and final checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good PC skills and ability to use office machines.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
• Strong retention, filing, and document management skills.
• Ability to interpret, comprehend, prepare, provide, and convey diversified information and instructions.
• Regular use of basic skills including calculator, keyboard, and hand tools.
• Good eye/hand coordination.
• Ability to work in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise levels.
• Ability to perform diversified work assignments.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 30–35 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull carts on wheels weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Driving is not required.
