We are seeking detail-oriented, service-driven individuals to support our mission of transforming the primary care experience. As an Admin Data Entry Specialist – Fax Queue Document Routing, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate classification, routing, and delivery of inbound fax documents to the appropriate providers, queues, and teams. You will use the Document Routing Matrix to process a high volume of clinical and administrative documents and manage Flagged Document tasks by verifying patient identifiers and contacting originating facilities to resolve discrepancies.
We are looking for organized, efficient professionals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Imagine a workday where your attention to detail and critical thinking directly impact patient care. You will process inbound faxes by classifying each document — consult notes, lab results, imaging reports, prior authorizations, prescriptions, referrals, and more — and routing them to the correct provider, queue, or team. When a document lacks clear patient identifiers, you will work through the Flagged Document workflow: verifying patient identity, contacting originating facilities to resolve discrepancies, and applying judgment to determine the correct patient chart.
Every routing decision you make ensures that providers have the clinical information they need to deliver safe, timely care.
We are a collaborative, patient-centered group within Centralized Support Services (CSS) committed to making healthcare operations more efficient and reliable. Our Document Routing team ensures that clinical and administrative documents flow seamlessly across providers, nurses, labs, medical records, and administrative queues — supporting the care teams that serve our patients every day.
