Whether you have previous dealership experience, independent shop experience, or recently completed an automotive training program such as EVIT, UTI, or AAI , this is an excellent opportunity to grow with one of Arizona's leading automotive groups.

Up to $24 Per Hour DOE

- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, filter replacements, belts, and basic brake services
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Assist Senior Master Technicians with diagnostics and repairs
- Perform repairs within your current skill level while continuing to develop your technical abilities
- Identify additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings to the Service Advisor
- Accurately document all completed work on repair orders
- Road test vehicles when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all Mazda and dealership safety procedures
- 1+ year of automotive experience in a dealership or independent repair shop preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- EVIT, UTI, AAI, or other automotive training is a plus
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
