Overview
Our District Office is seeking a highly self-motivated, results-driven Agency Business Consultant to help agencies grow, scale, and perform at a higher level. This role is designed for a proven professional who can build strong relationships with agency owners and their teams, drive measurable results, and confidently coach agencies on systems, processes, and strategies that fuel sustainable growth. You will partner directly with agency owners to help them scale their businesses through effective use of leads, marketing strategies, technology, and CRM systems, while holding teams accountable to performance standards.
In addition, you will collaborate with the district recruiting and hiring team to support talent acquisition efforts, helping attract, develop, and position future agency owners and key staff for success. This position reports directly to the District Manager and plays a critical role in district growth, recruiting success, and agency profitability.
- Partner directly with agency owners to help them scale their businesses through effective use of leads, marketing strategies, technology, and CRM systems.
- Hold teams accountable to performance standards.
- Collaborate with the district recruiting and hiring team to support talent acquisition efforts, helping attract, develop, and position future agency owners and key staff for success.
- Report to the District Manager and contribute to district growth, recruiting success, and agency profitability.
- Must hold or be willing and able to obtain Arizona Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses within 30 days of hire.
- 5+ years of experience in insurance, sales leadership, business consulting, recruiting, or performance coaching.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize, and drive results without constant oversight.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proven experience holding professionals accountable to performance goals.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must pass a company background and compliance requirements.
