SummaryWe are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, Procurement M&A Integration, who will work in tandem with a Procurement M&A Sr. Manager to integrate the supply base of our acquired companies and provide training and support for our new employees in both interim and end‑state processes. You will manage the data that supports the end‑to‑end integration activities. This is a highly cross‑functional role within the Finance organization, as well as with Real Estate, IT, Technology & Products, Marketing, Legal, and Security.
Responsibilities- Success will be measured by your ability to execute the procurement integration strategy and minimize disruption of work. Communication, engagement, and alignment with your stakeholders are key.
- Identify shared and net new suppliers between the companies and determine appropriate transition plans and actions in partnership with the acquired company and internal teams.
- Develop a prioritized list of supplier transitions and revisit as new information is obtained.
- Drive supplier transitions by working with the acquired company, Purchasing Operations, and Strategic Sourcing teams.
- Manage the transition of Contingent Workers to programs.
- Manage large data sets and activities to keep integration activities on track.
- Manage status reports and related communications to stakeholders.
- Manage the tracking of synergy targets.
- Respond quickly to service or business disruption to get back on track.
- Maintain relationships between Procurement M&A and other functional integration teams by using your strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in an operational role, business consulting, client service, or program/project management.
- M&A integration experience.
- Advanced experience with spreadsheets.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Self‑motivation/willingness to take initiative.
- Knowledge of procure‑to‑pay processes.
- Understanding of supplier contracts.
- Experience with the platform.
- Project management experience and certification in PMI, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma belt.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $45.00 - $50.00/hour
. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
