Our client, a leading Aerospace & Defense technology manufacturer, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II to join their team. As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II, you will be part of the Global Procurement Department supporting cross‑functional Program, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Specialist II
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay Range: $37/hour
What’s the Job?- Execute FAR
15 subcontracts in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations - Conduct supplier market research and evaluate supplier performance data
- Support price and terms & conditions negotiations
- Manage key program suppliers and build sourcing strategies
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to complete compliant subcontract packages
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Contracts
- Experience executing FAR
15‑compliant subcontracting activities - Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Experience supporting cost/price analysis and supplier evaluations
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Competitive hourly pay
