Responsibilities
  • Produce and communicate reporting and analytics of sales data in collaboration with the VP, Operations, and Finance team
  • Perform Salesforce administration and automation, participating in cross-functional project design teams
  • Maintain and administer sales campaigns to support corporate marketing initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for Managing Directors, including calendar management and travel bookings
  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce for reporting purposes and assist with logistics for sales team activities
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in a business or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales analyst or sales operations role
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce or CRM tools and platforms;
    Salesforce Administrator designation highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, Power BI, Hub Spot, and Excel Pivot Tables
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to multi-task effectively
  • Self-starter with a passion to deliver outstanding results
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
