Position: Admissions Manager, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD

We are hiring multiple candidates for this position. This is an in‑person role located at our Dallas‑Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach campuses. Relocation support is available.

Most enrollment functions are designed to maximize volume. This one is designed to uphold standards.

At 2 Hour Learning, we serve families who require precision, discretion, and evidence. We condense a complete school day into two concentrated hours through AI‑powered, mastery‑based learning. Students reliably outpace national learning benchmarks, with results verified by data. Afternoons are freed for deeper exploration, independence, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But it depends entirely on matching it with the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a role where you hand off responsibility. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with proper understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate.

The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to achieve alignment.

We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: private schools, selective programs, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner‑operators who have directly managed high‑value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a high‑touch, multi‑phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow‑through.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs‑assessment discussions to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or advising on next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ active family relationships at varying stages of the enrollment cycle, with transparent tracking of status and follow‑up activities.
  • Guiding campus tours, shadow experiences, and decision‑making conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring accurate CRM and enrollment documentation (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting families who are poorly matched just to meet enrollment targets.
  • Supervising a large team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing ownership of the family experience across multiple individuals.
  • Working remotely. This position is campus‑based by intention.

Own and deliver a high‑trust, highly selective enrollment process that secures the right families while safeguarding the integrity and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years providing premium, personalized service in settings where service quality directly shapes brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner‑operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ client, guest, or family relationships concurrently at different stages, supported by a clear tracking and prioritization system.
  • Ability to share specific examples of consultative decision‑making, including instances where you recommended against your product or service due to poor fit.
