Position: Director of Sales – West U.S.

Overview

Description S.I.N. 360 is a leader in dental implant and digital full-arch rehabilitation solutions. We are seeking a high-impact Director of Sales – West U.S. to lead and grow our western division in one of the most competitive markets in dentistry. This role requires deep experience in full-arch dentistry, a proven ability to lead, recruit, and develop elite sales teams, and a commitment to operating with integrity, professionalism, and clinical credibility.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can balance hands-on coaching with high-level planning, while building trusted relationships with clinicians, DSOs, and internal stakeholders. The Director of Sales – West Division will report directly to the President and collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital Solutions, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the West U.S. sales organization, managing a team of regional and territory sales representatives
  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration across a highly competitive fullarch and implant dentistry landscape
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop toptier sales talent with a focus on longterm performance and cultural alignment
  • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability across the sales team
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives through ridealongs, pipeline reviews, and ongoing training initiatives
  • Ensure consistent, ethical, and compliant sales practices aligned with company values and clinical standards
  • Partner closely with marketing, education, clinical, and leadership teams to align strategy and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, KOLs, DSOs, and strategic partners
  • Drive revenue growth across S.I.N. Implant System products and Digital Solutions (imesicore, Micron Mapper, Sprint Ray, Exocad, Dekema, and others)
  • Ensure the sales organization meets or exceeds all quotas and KPIs
  • Use CRM data and analytics to monitor sales performance and adjust strategies proactively
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in dental, medical device, or healthcare markets
  • Direct experience in fullarch dentistry (implants, surgical solutions, restorative workflows, or adjacent technologies)
  • Proven success managing and scaling sales teams across large, multistate territories
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain high performing sales professionals
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling in complex, relationship driven environments
  • Ability to lead with integrity, transparency, and professionalism in an ultra competitive market
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the West U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with DSOs and large group practices
  • Experience launching or expanding territories in competitive markets
  • Background collaborating with clinical education or training teams
  • Based in California or willing to relocate
