Monday – Friday – 11 am shift start until all work is complete

Tempe, AZ - Fully on site

Prepare and conduct team meetings, training sessions, and other events to communicate clear goals to your team.

Aid in supervising the day to day operations of the department ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded.

Throughput the LUM (Low Unit of Measure) processing, productivity, accuracy standards and overall departmental operational functionality.

Use various systems to clear errors and issues.

Train employees in outbound functions according to Company procedures.

Monitor work for outbound operations and achieve all objectives while striving to proactively communicate improvement goals.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and meet compliance controls.

Ability to use and train on RF equipment.

Crosstrain in all outbound processes.

Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment is a plus (i.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)

Supports other activities and projects as assigned by management.

Keep warehouse area clean, neat and organized

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.

Good communication skills with the ability to speak with individuals to clearly explain each process effectively

Passion and commitment to the success of our team and individuals

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High degree of flexibility needed, in order to meet challenges of working in a high intensity environment with constantly changing priorities

Must be capable of working independently and self-directed with minimal oversight from management

Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Must be able to operate the Power Industrial Equipment as needed and maintain appropriate certification. (I.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)

HS Diploma or equivalent

Warehouse environment including powered equipment and conveyors

Position includes standing, sitting, walking in a warehouse environment

Must be able to carry and operate a laptop at times

Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 warehouse
