Position

Build the employer partnership engine for one of the most ambitious learning portfolios in the country.

Arizona State University (ASU) – Learning Enterprise (non-degree and stackable credential programs). Hire Education has retained ASU to secure an Executive Director to lead employer and workforce partnerships.

• Build the go-to-market strategy for employer and workforce partnerships.
• Lead a high-performing team and drive accelerated revenue growth by partnering with enterprise employers, workforce agencies, and industry associations.
• Lead the full partner lifecycle: new business → solution design → adoption → renewals/expansion.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product/tech, operations, and academic stakeholders.

• 9+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record driving multi-million-dollar growth through employer/workforce partnerships.
• Experience selling to enterprise organizations (500+ employees) across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors.
• Success negotiating six- to seven figure agreements and navigating procurement/compliance.
• Strong value-based/ABM selling skills (MEDDICC or similar) and advanced CRM fluency (Hub Spot preferred).
• Ability to lead the full partner lifecycle: new business → solution design → adoption → renewals/expansion.
• Comfort partnering cross-functionally (marketing, product/tech, operations, academic stakeholders).

This is an in-person role based in Tempe, Arizona and requires regular business travel. Relocation assistance available.

$160,000–$180,000 base salary + incentive pay.
