Position: Sales Manager - Vegan Supplement Brands for Humans and Animals

Ethical Enterprises is an independent small business that oversees several vegan supplement brands designed for both humans and animals. Role Description

The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for Ethical Enterprises' vegan supplement brands, focusing on business growth, customer relationship management, and overseeing contracted help. Daily tasks include developing strategic sales plans that factor in operational expenses, managing existing customers, monitoring contracted staff, analyzing sales data, and more. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the Founder, the Chief of Staff, the Lead Accountant and the Operations Manager to align sales efforts with company principles and budget.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Market Trend Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Team Management, Leadership, and Assertive handling of Contracted Help
  • Experience in Relationship Building, Maintenance, and Negotiation
  • Able to deal effectively with sociopaths, psychopaths, and narcissists in the field
  • Willing and able to protect and shield the founder from the aforementioned types
  • Able to humbly take and implement clear directives without overriding them
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented and committed to excellence, even under pressure with deadlines
  • Passion for and understanding of vegan products and the supplement industry
  • Previous experience in the vegan supplement industry is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
