Junior Reporting Analyst
A large financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Reporting Analyst to support data-driven operations. This role plays a key part in reporting, analytics coordination, and lead management processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, Excel-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple systems to support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Perform operational and reporting support tasks utilizing advanced Excel functions
- Support lead assignment and tracking processes through CRM and Salesforce platforms
- Escalate non-routine issues and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within reporting and analytics workflows
- Manage multiple administrative and data coordination tasks simultaneously
- W2 candidates only
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or reporting support roles
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF/AND functions; macros preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar lead assignment tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to follow established processes while proactively identifying efficiencies
