EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Implementation Specialist II

ADP is hiring an EDI Implementation Specialist II within the Connections Implementation team of Major Account Services. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for setting up EDI file feeds between Workforce Now and third‑party benefits vendors to ensure enrollment and demographic information is transmitted successfully.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage connections projects at various stages of implementation, including providing technical guidance on account structures, analyzing and reviewing test files, and creating new coding/mapping jobs for each file.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve benefit set‑up, data, and coding discrepancies.
  • Drive the connections projects using project management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Interact and partner with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
  • Exchange routine information with members of the client project team regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Client‑facing experience.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • A quick wit and sense of humor.
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
  • Intermediate Excel experience.
  • EDI Implementation or support experience.
  • Business consulting experience.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent military experience, or 3 years of client service/customer service experience.
