  • Drive a daily cadence with clear issues, actions, owners and timing, conducting cross‑functional reviews as required, and develop recovery plans.
  • Purchase goods, materials and services as needed to meet company revenue/margin requirements.
  • Identify opportunities and develop business justification to support internal allocation of finished goods to meet revenue targets.
  • Ensure parts are loaded into the Command Center and attend war room/sunrise review meetings for updates and escalations.
  • Engage with Focus Supplier Recover (FSR) and Rate Readiness (RR) leaders to develop systematic support and recovery solutions for both short‑ and long‑term material shortages.
Qualifications MUST HAVE

  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to prioritize critical tasks and problem‑solve to achieve results.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Three or more years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Production Planning, Purchasing, Project Management or Program Management.
