Your Sequoia Opportunity

As a Platform Success Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our platform users and internal teams. You’ll be the go-to resource for troubleshooting, onboarding administrators, and processing updates, ensuring that every interaction is smooth and efficient. You’ll help drive operational excellence and contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented culture.

Core Contributions
  • Manage and process Administrator Forms efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate rehire processes, ensuring seamless transitions for returning employees.
  • Reactivate employees returning from Leave of Absence (LOA) in a timely manner.
  • Provide easy troubleshooting support, including resolving login issues and other basic technical challenges.
  • Monitor and send handbook alerts to keep clients informed of important updates.
  • Handle direct deposit email communications, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Process start date changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage daily case queues, ensuring items are triaged, assigned, and resolved within defined SLAs.

Support ad‑hoc operational and tactical needs as they arise.

Success Contributors
  • BA/BS degree
  • 2 years of professional work experience
  • Nice to have: experience with benefits administration, PEOs, or high-growth companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and contribute ideas, regardless of role or title.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and follow through on tasks.
  • Curiosity and motivation to dive in and learn new responsibilities.
  • Passion for supporting a people-first organization and delivering excellent service.
