Be part of a Spares team within the ISC Purchasing function that will own and manage complex requirements to ensure innovative, cost‑effective means to improve supplier relationships, drive delivery fidelity, production control output and continuous improvements working with Suppliers, Customer Business Teams, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing and Manufacturing to ensure quarterly revenue/margin and customer delivery targets are achieved. Responsible for driving in parts, taking into account for price, quality and delivery to ensure continuity of Spares supply meets customer demand.
Will be responsibility to achieve revenue/margin targets for a specific operational center/project/program/regional/business; and hold a broader presence of cross‑functional project management with defined actions, owners, timelines, production schedules to drive results.
- As the Op Ex, you will be required to foster a culture as a change agent, instilling a work‑place environment necessary to drive right behaviors through standardization of work. Will be responsible for creating processes, tools, metrics, databases identifying Spares demand, supply gaps and tracking Spares performance.
- Drive daily Management Operation System (MOS) with the Spares Director & Leadership supporting the Spares Team to achieve weekly revenue & supply commits via Purchase Order fidelity to ensure OP centers meet revenue & shipment targets.
- Develop a Spares forecasting tool that identifies weekly commits and track “say do” accuracy for commits vs. actuals.
- Provide Ad‑Hoc analysis to identify gaps and actions plans to resolve supply shortages.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to lead continuous improvement projects to streamline and drive efficiencies to improve Spares shipments.
- Identify and adequately develop an MOS to improve Build of Material (BOM) part shortages for both internal/external supply resources required to complete the Spares end assembly part.
- Review MPS plans in between execution and planning window to identify shortages for assigned outlines (0‑13 weeks).
- Ensure parts are loaded into the Command Center and attend the war room/sunrise review meetings for updates and escalations. Be an advocate utilizing and driving the spares allocation process.
- Engage with Focus Supplier Recover (FSR) and Rate Readiness (RR) leaders to with processes to drive part material shortages for both short & long‑term developing systematic support and recovery MOS.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex tasks in areas of: program management, project management, customer service, supply chain, operations, procurement or planning.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive project success.
- US Citizenship.
- College degree B.S., MBA in Supply Chain, Purchasing or equivalent work‑related experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of purchasing/ERP systems (SAP highly desired).
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Good organizational – Leadership/Organizational skills – ability to prioritize critical tasks and problem solve to achieve results.
- Fluency in English; any other language is a plus.
- 3+ years of Supply Chain, Sourcing, Production Planning, Purchasing, Project Management, Program Management.
- Proficient knowledge of basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
