Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of BU Business Management, this role will provide support to various stakeholders and colleagues across Finance Business Units to ensure optimal and seamless business operations, provide business analytics and reporting, liaise with 3rd‑party contingent workforce vendors, and any other ad hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities- Track and forecast 3rd‑party vendor contracts while acting as liaison with contingent workforce vendor to onboard/offboard resources
- Extract, maintain, analyze, reconcile, and report on resource efforts
- Forecast cost recoveries from project engagement
- Track, assist, and report on open HC requisition
- Assist with month‑end reports
- Assist manager with all ad hoc reporting and support requests
- Identify and assess operational, data, and third‑party risks associated with proposed solutions
- Ensure initiatives align with enterprise policies, data governance standards, and control expectations
- Maintain strong documentation and audit‑ready artifacts across programs
- 5 years of progressive experience in Business Management or Business Analysis, preferably within Financial Services
- Strong knowledge of Banking, Finance, or Accounting domains
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is preferred
- Working knowledge of AI‑enabled tools (e.g., MS Copilot) to enhance productivity and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree is required, professional certifications a plus
- Executive‑level written and verbal communication
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and limited information
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Proven business process and systems mapping capability
- Collaborative, relationship‑driven leadership style
- Exposure to enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives

The typical base pay range for this role is between $106K and $129K depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary performance‑based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
