The Inventory Facility Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, overseeing, and controlling the bulk inventory and facility management for CE Operations. Alongside the Purchasing Department, this individual will be responsible for producing regular weekly updates on CE inventory and maintaining CE's Tempe facilities to high standards of cleanliness, implementing regular procedures at the main office to ensure an optimal experience for all CE clients.
The Inventory Manager will also be a key player in the auditing process, collaborating with the Accounting Department on all allocated materials, including various dimensions such as metal structures, electrical, plumbing, and lumber.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare detailed inventory reports.
- Liaise with suppliers and understand all dynamics of strategic buying, rebates, thresholds, and spend calendar.
- Accountable for effective maintenance of the company's facilities (Main, South, Beck).
- Conduct routine inspection of the site, arrange necessary repairs, and implement safety and security measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide weekly photo documentation of yard cleanliness.
- Follow material return‑to‑office process, including real‑time documentation and photos of all returning materials.
- Send weekly notification to the Purchasing team of all on‑hand materials, reported in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Stage all materials and communicate specifications, quantity, and job name to CM, purchasing, and leadership.
- Maintain the design studio from parking lot to front door, ensuring cleanliness of pathways and water features.
- Deliver materials to the field as determined by the business needs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies through site supervision and enforcement.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50 lb.
- 2 years+ experience in inventory, warranty, or logistics.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
