Implementation Specialist II

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Implementation Specialist II – ADP is hiring a member of the Connections Implementation team within Major Account Services. The role involves setting up EDI file feeds between Workforce Now and third‑party benefits vendors to ensure enrollment and demographic information is transmitted successfully.

• Effectively manage connections projects in various stages of implementation. Provide technical guidance on account structures, analyze and review test files, and successfully create new coding/mapping jobs for each file.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve benefit set up, data, and coding discrepancies.
• Drive the connections projects using project management and problem‑solving skills.
• Interact and partner with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
• Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise.

• High School Diploma
• Client‑facing experience
• Basic project management skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills

• Intermediate Excel experience
• EDI Implementation or Support experience
• Business consulting experience
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Bachelor’s Degree or
• Equivalent Military Experience or
• 3 years of experience working in client service or customer service
