Commercial Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis using tools like PowerBI, SAP Web Intelligence, Nielsen and Excel
• Analyze sales metrics and uncover opportunities using internal and syndicated data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Research market trends, conduct GAP and competitor analysis, and identify opportunities that drive revenue, profitability, and market share
• Generate standardized and ad-hoc reports and create analytic presentations to support decision‑making and strategic initiatives
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews, “Top to Top” decks, and other business review materials including ad‑hoc requests
• Develop and deliver monthly reporting suites in conjunction with sales executives partnering with key suppliers
• Assist the management team with capturing, reporting, and reviewing BBG, Market, and Supplier performance and data
• Collaborate with supplier and BBG teams to align priorities and metrics, provide monthly updates and ad‑hoc reports
• Track and manage program execution
• Create and compile surveys, act as main point of contact during and after survey period

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related sales and/or marketing coordinator role
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
• Must be a results‑oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multi‑task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytic and Reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume, team environment
