Bus Strategy & Initiatives Manager – Claims Business Strategy

Responsibilities

• This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives
• Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives
• The Claims Strategy Manager will lead strategic initiatives within Consumer and Small Business Claims
• Work horizontally across Client Protection and the broader enterprise to advance strategic initiatives
• Responsible for driving innovation, influencing cross‑functional partners, and delivering data‑driven solutions
• Focus on innovation, simplification, and operational excellence to streamline claims processes
• Engage with key stakeholders and business leadership to deliver on business objectives
• Identify trends and opportunities using data, analytics, and emerging technology

• 3+ years of experience in delivering business strategic initiatives
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead and facilitate meetings
• Proven problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to assess risk vs. reward
• Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
• Solid experience in strategic thinking, critical analysis, project management, and planning
• Organizationally savvy; skilled at navigating complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, teamwork, and strong partnerships
