Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Office Services to lead daily operations at one of our premier, high-visibility tech client sites in Tempe, AZ. This is a fast-paced, 24/7 environment where your leadership and service mindset will directly shape the employee experience.

As a key on-site leader, you’ll ensure the office operates seamlessly while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Employee Support & Access Management
- Oversee badging and access support for employees and visitors
- Facilities Coordination
- Manage and respond to facilities tickets and service requests
- Act as the primary liaison for building-related needs and issue resolution
- Workplace Experience & Hospitality
- Oversee the on-site micro-kitchen, ensuring it’s always stocked with snacks and beverages
- Provide light food & beverage support to enhance daily employee satisfaction
- Partner closely with janitorial, facilities, and events teams to maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and develop one direct report (Supervisor)
- Promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and service excellence

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years experience in administrative support, or a related field
