PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support a high-visibility Re-Rate Proposal Project within a leading aerospace and defense environment. In this role, you will work closely with project teams to review, assess, and manage contractual provisions associated with proposal activities. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support successful proposal execution for both commercial and government customers.

• Review proposal‑related contractual provisions and terms
• Assess contract language and identify potential risks and compliance concerns
• Support proposal teams by aligning contractual requirements with established clause playbooks and knowledge resources

• Facilitate review and approval processes for proposal‑related contractual terms
• Ensure compliance with internal contracting policies and procedures
• Support the preparation of bids and proposal documentation

• Assist in negotiating specifications and contractual provisions
• Analyze contract requirements, scope, value, contract type, and end‑user impacts
• Recommend solutions that appropriately balance business objectives and contractual risk

• Evaluate contractual risk factors and business implications
• Support project teams in identifying and mitigating contractual concerns
• Provide guidance regarding commercial and government contract requirements

• Partner with contracts, proposal, program management, and business teams
• Work effectively with management and contract professionals located at multiple sites
• Support execution of project goals while maintaining contract compliance

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4‑6+ years of experience as a Contracts Professional
• Experience reviewing and administering contractual agreements
• Knowledge of standard contracting principles, terminology, and practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and risk assessment capabilities

• Aerospace, Defense, or Space industry experience
• Experience supporting proposal development and bid activities
• Familiarity with commercial contracts, government contracts, contract compliance requirements
• Experience working with clause libraries, playbooks, and contract knowledge bases
• Understanding of contract risk management principles
