Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is a critical delivery-enablement role dedicated to ensuring Isos Technology client engagements are executed efficiently, consistently, and with a high standard of operational excellence. Positioned within our delivery organization, this role supports project operations and coordination to create the structure and momentum that enable Project Managers and Engagement Leads to focus on client relationships, strategy, and delivery outcomes.
The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining engagement cadence and tool hygiene across multiple concurrent projects, supporting scheduling, reporting, data integrity, and stakeholder coordination. This position requires strong organizational acuity, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize priorities across teams to keep work moving forward. The Project Coordinator collaborates closely with Project Managers, Engagement Leads, consultants, and cross-functional partners to streamline day-to-day execution and elevate the overall client experience.
Project Delivery Support
- Coordinate engagement meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and archiving recordings.
- Maintain engagement schedules, calendars, and key milestones to keep delivery on track.
- Draft project status reports (PSRs), dashboards, and engagement summaries for Project Manager review.
- Track action items, risks, and decisions (RAID) to ensure projects remain current, transparent, and auditable.
- Maintain project documentation and Confluence pages to support consistent delivery practices.
Data & Tools
- Own data accuracy across key delivery tools, including budgets, forecasts, timesheets, and engagement metrics.
- Support reporting automation and routine dashboard updates (e.g., Heartbeat dashboards, PSR metrics).
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to streamline delivery operations.
- Build proficiency in internal tools and processes to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as an internal liaison between Project Managers, Consulting teams, and leadership to support timely project updates.
- Follow up on task ownership, dependencies, and status across cross-functional teams to drive completion.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-ups to keep stakeholders aligned.
Performance & Quality
- Track and report key KPIs, including PSR timeliness, data accuracy, and SLA compliance.
- Contribute to standardizing project reporting, delivery templates, and operational best practices.
Organization & Execution
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while supporting several Project Managers simultaneously.
- Demonstrates strong awareness of project priorities and how operational work supports client outcomes.
Tools, Data, & Reporting
- Comfortable working in structured systems, including data entry and reporting tools.
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and common collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
Communication & Follow-Through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document clearly.
- Confident following up professionally to drive action items and maintain alignment.

- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or professional services support.
- Experience working in project management and/or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, Suite Project Pro) is preferred.
- Prior exposure to a professional services or consulting environment is strongly preferred.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, improving consistency, and making it easier for teams to deliver great work. The Project Coordinator plays an essential role in enabling consistent, high-quality client delivery by strengthening project operations, coordination, and execution across Isos engagements, and is willing and able to work outside of traditional business hours as needed to keep timelines on track and collaborate with teammates across multiple time zones.
