Principal Associate – Principal Extended Ops Associate

• Own the Card Delivery Collateral POD and serve as the primary liaison
• Manage high-impact projects that are critical for increasing efficiency
• Develop and communicate meticulous instructions to external vendors
• Take ownership of resolving escalated complaints and supplier issues
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvement opportunities
• Provide essential leadership support to the team

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of experience in Third party vendor management
• At least 2 years of Project or Process Management Experience
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience (Preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in Third party vendor management (Preferred)
• At least 3 years of Project or Process Management Experience (Preferred)
• Business Process Management or Lean certification (Preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in Project and Process Management, with a strong focus on Third Party Vendor Management and process improvement. Capable of providing leadership support and effectively communicating with external vendors to resolve issues and enhance efficiency.
