Business Analyst ​/ Intern - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Data Governance

The role will involve:

• Support business process analysis and automation design;
• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions (UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar);
• Contribute to process mapping, workflow documentation, and automation assessments;
• Support the maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of automation solutions;
• Perform testing and validation of automation workflows;
• Prepare technical, process, and user documentation;
• Monitor automation performance and resolve production issues;
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Exposure to RPA, software development, or business process automation through coursework, projects, or internships;
• Basic knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar);
• Understanding of business process analysis and workflow design;
• Knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., C#, Python, , SQL) is an advantage;
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and Microsoft Office automation is a plus;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Eagerness to learn and grow in intelligent automation and digital transformation.
