In this role, you’ll support and motivate your team to meet client goals. You’ll answer associate questions, resolve issues, and ensure a quality customer experience on every call. You’ll create and maintain a positive work environment, acknowledging a job well done while meeting client requests and needs.

You’ll report to the Director and act as a leader, encouraging and motivating your team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence their career mobility.

Improve the key success metrics associated with goals, including:

• Revenue Targets
• Customer Satisfaction Score
• Quality Goals

Coach associates to achieve company and client goals, address employee issues, and coordinate training on new or revised information related to services, products, or projects.

Manage multiple complex on‑going tasks and projects, while monitoring team absence and attendance.

• Minimum 1 year call center, equivalent work, or sales management experience
• Consistently promote a performance‑driven culture and work toward reaching amazing goals
• Engage and support your team with the proper tools and systems for day‑to‑day tasks
• Consistently mentor and inspire others

• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting

The anticipated range is $70,000–$75,000. Actual compensation offers may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill levels.
