A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, are seeking a Lead for Infrastructure and Laboratory Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across research, instructional, and operational environments that support the missions of both Schools. This position operates across the Tempe and West campuses and supports operations across multiple buildings, campuses, and complex research, instructional, office, support, and shared-use environments.

The role serves as the School-level lead for infrastructure, facilities coordination, safety program implementation, operational readiness, and space management activities across both Schools. The position supports research continuity, instructional operations, and School operations by helping ensure facilities, laboratories, offices, support spaces, and shared-use environments remain safe, compliant, functional, and operationally effective. The role provides visibility into infrastructure conditions, safety performance, operational issues, space utilization, and emerging risks through reporting, coordination, process management, and continuous improvement efforts.

This position reports directly to the ECEE School Director and works closely with SEI leadership while receiving functional guidance from FSE Facilities, Space Planning, and Safety leadership to support alignment with college-wide operational standards, infrastructure planning efforts, space planning initiatives, and laboratory safety practices.
