This role requires a self-directed, collaborative professional who can plan, design, organize, analyze, develop, administer, and implement training and skill-development programs that support corporate change initiatives. The analyst will be hired to support a content modernization project focused on migrating files and information from a legacy system to Microsoft 365 applications, helping employees adopt modern tools, processes, and information management practices.
The analyst will assess and improve training materials, videos, courses, and communications as program needs and maturity evolve. This position applies growth mindset principles to support change management activities and requires effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
