Commission Analyst, Business

LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Compensation Analyst.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with data, solving payout discrepancies, and improving the systems and processes behind sales compensation.

• Calculate and process sales commissions
• Maintain compensation records and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze sales results, quotas, and incentive plan performance
• Build and maintain dashboards that track compensation outcomes
• Respond to employee questions regarding commission calculations and plan details
• Audit compensation data and system outputs for accuracy
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to maintain reliable data flow
• Identify opportunities to improve commission processes, reporting, and systems
• Support compensation modeling and scenario analysis during annual planning

• 2 to 4 years of experience
• Experience supporting commission or incentive compensation programs
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and work with multiple data sources
• Experience with incentive compensation software is preferred
