What You Will Do
  • Handle a wide variety of duties and responsibilities to include coordination of installation projects along with the permitting of those projects as needed. The individual should be extremely organized, results oriented, self-motivated and can multi-task with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to organize and schedule all installations from initial customer contact through contract closeout.
  • Contact each customer within 48 hours of job booking to initiate project onboarding.
  • Oversee submission and approval of all necessary permits, including preparing applications, submitting packages, and tracking approvals through completion.
  • Monitor and document all stages of permit review, providing timely updates to clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Research and maintain current jurisdictional requirements, updating internal databases and required team members as regulations and processes change.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm installation site readiness (construction progress, equipment availability, connectivity, required personnel, etc.).
  • Schedule JCI technicians and subcontractors using proprietary scheduling software to ensure on-time completion of initial and follow-up installation visits.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documents containing all installation details and required forms prior to project start.
  • Track and verify the on-time delivery of all materials required for installation.
  • Maintain accurate install and permitting updates in TIP to ensure visibility for all stakeholders.
  • Drive timely closeout of installation projects by processing required documentation and coordinating with internal departments as needed.
  • Follow up on any expired permits to have them closed with the jurisdiction.
  • Other tasks as needed by the business:
  • Act as backup for other members of the Operations Support Team when needed. This may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Coordinate activity and retain documentation related to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) for the branch office.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as directed by supervisor.
How You Will Do It

Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers through telephone, email, or internal systems.

Collaborate with local Sales and Strategic Account teams to address any concerns.

Partner with installers, sub-contractors, install managers, and material handlers to achieve shared objectives.

What we look for:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
