R&D Partners is seeking an Executive Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and executive support functions at a headquarters in the US. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, supporting leadership, and driving efficiency across administrative systems. You will be responsible for procurement, vendor management, HR coordination, technology oversight, and process improvement, while contributing to the company's growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:- Manage daily office administration to ensure efficient and professional operations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain timelines and resolve issues.
- Establish and maintain office procedures, standards, and workflows.
- Oversee office-related purchasing, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, monitor vendor performance, and ensure cost-effective practices.
- Support HR with onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, and system troubleshooting.
- Implement and improve administrative systems, processes, and documentation.
- Assist leadership with executive meetings, travel logistics, and business optimization initiatives.
- Manage administrative technology requirements, including devices, software, and virtual tools.
- Maintain records of technology assets and ensure employees have necessary tools.
- Represent the company professionally with employees, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business technology platforms.
- Ability to negotiate vendor contracts and manage procurement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.
- Strong judgement, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Experience managing facilities, vendors, or operational projects.
- Financial and cost-management mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.
