Job Description

Daycare Assistant:
Provide support and supervision at a daycare facility. Ensure safety, engage in play and learning activities, assist with meal and nap times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility. Communicate effectively with parents and staff. Follow policies and procedures to create a nurturing environment. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to meet children's needs and promote their development.

Uphold confidentiality and respect for diversity. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. CPR and First Aid certification a plus. Experience working with young learners desired. Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Positive attitude and genuine care for children essential. Ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Must pass background check and adhere to state licensing regulations.

$18 - $28 per hour
