STRUCTURAL is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. It is the open‑shop contracting business line of Structural Group. We are currently recruiting for a Foreman to be based out of our Arizona office in Tempe, AZ.

- On‑site supervision of field crews while accurately estimating labor requirements
- Developing crew schedules and ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Completing daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and speed memos for customers and internal management
- Ensuring crews operate tools and equipment in a safe, proper, and productive manner
- Assisting Project Managers in evaluating production rates related to the project
- High school degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of general construction experience, with at least 2 years in a Leadman or similar position
- Ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and executing construction drawings and contract specifications
- Advanced working knowledge of concrete repair, carpentry, rebar, sandblasting, equipment operation, and drawing interpretation
- Commitment to safety
- Experience producing look‑ahead schedules and working with other construction documents as required by the project
- Strong communication skills with customers, crew, and project teams
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and basic construction applications such as Procore, SAP, etc.)
- Spanish/English bilingualism may be preferred
- Willingness to travel out of town when required
