We are seeking a results‑driven Construction Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects across our branch real‑estate portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning through execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout—ensuring delivery aligns with defined scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk objectives.
Location:
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; lead meetings and provide status reporting
- Oversee contractors, vendors, procurement, and contract compliance
- Coordinate construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and design alignment
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
- Track financial performance, approve invoices, and manage change orders
- Drive project closeout, including final inspections and lessons learned to drive continued improvement
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction or renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycle, methodologies, and project management principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with contract administration, procurement, and vendor management
- Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent strongly preferred
- Certifications such as CCM, OSHA, or LEED are a plus
- Experience in corporate real estate, workplace, or enterprise environments
- Experience using construction/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, BIM tools)
