Safety Manager

We’re partnering with a growing construction company to add a Safety Manager to their team. This role is highly visible and focused on driving a stronger safety-first culture across active job sites. Ideal for someone who is hands‑on, field‑driven, and comfortable working directly with crews.

• Lead day‑to‑day safety initiatives across job sites
• Conduct site visits, audits, and observations (CBOs)
• Provide real‑time coaching and feedback to field teams
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding
• Manage incident investigations and reporting
• Support driver compliance, MVR monitoring, and safety programs
• Track trends, develop KPIs, and improve safety processes
• Partner with leadership on culture change and risk reduction

• Construction safety experience (field-heavy environments preferred)
• Strong presence in the field – comfortable interacting with crews daily
• Experience with fall protection and job site safety protocols
• Polished communication style with ability to influence behavior
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• 3+ years of safety experience
• OSHA certifications or safety credentials
