Senior Project Manager - Defence; WA

• $170,000 to $275,000 Package

A Senior Project / Construction Manager with the ability to identify tender opportunities, prepare cost estimates and bids, and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of projects valued up to $20M.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing national organisation to manage and mentor construction teams to deliver key building upgrade and refurb projects on government sites.

You will ideally hold a Construction Trade or Management degree and 10 years’ experience across Defence Base upgrade or refurbishment projects.

Providing a hands‑on Construction Management leadership role across defence sector projects, with experience identifying project opportunities on Aus Tender Portal, attending briefings, estimate / price up bids and formulate tender responses. Handle tender clarification questions and presentations. Upon winning mobilise and oversee delivery.

• Australian Citizen (NV1 / NV2 required)
• Construction Trade or Management degree.
• Strong estimating, bid writing, and tender presentation skills.
• Proven experience working on Defence projects (ideally $2-20m)
• 10+ years Defence Construction Project experience
• Engaging personality and strong presentation skills.
