Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 per year.

- Manage the day‑to‑day execution of commercial construction projects
- Prepare and monitor budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports
- Coordinate project activities with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Administer contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation
- Lead owner and contractor meetings while maintaining clear communication among stakeholders
- Track project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, budget, and operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality control, and risk management standards
- Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors
- Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented construction environment
